All information you access or observe relating to Seene — including its features, design, functionality, and the fact that it is in testing — is strictly confidential. You agree that you will not:
• post about Seene, or the fact that you are testing it, on any social media, group chat, forum, or other public channel;
• share, post, or transmit any screenshots, screen recordings, or photographs or videos of the app or its contents;
• disclose or describe Seene's features, design, or functionality — publicly, to the press, to investors, or to any person engaged in a similar business;
• permit anyone outside your household to access Seene, or to use your account, without our prior consent.
These confidentiality obligations continue after you stop testing and until Seene is publicly launched, or until we notify you otherwise.

All intellectual property in Seene — including its concept, designs, content, and technology — is and remains the property of Seene Limited. Your participation in the beta grants you no rights in it. You must not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of Seene, or use any information you access to develop, or to assist any third party in developing, a competing product or service.

Seene is early, unfinished software, provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, contain errors, or be changed or withdrawn without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seene Limited accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the beta, including lost data or missed arrangements.

Seene may direct you to real venues, classes, or events operated by third parties. Any arrangement you make is solely between you and that third party; Seene Limited is not a party to it and accepts no responsibility for it. You are responsible for checking the details and exercising your own judgement before attending anything.

In testing Seene you may add or invite friends, or provide information about the people you wish to make plans with. You confirm that you have the right to share this information with us, and you consent to our processing it to operate the product (including matching and coordinating plans). We will not sell it, and will not use it for any purpose beyond building and improving Seene. If a person whose information you have shared asks us to remove it, we will do so on request. Our Privacy Policy at legal.seene.com governs how we handle personal information.

Any feedback you provide — including bug reports, ideas, and suggestions — may be used by Seene Limited freely and without restriction to improve Seene, and you assign to us all rights in that feedback. No payment or acknowledgement is owed to you for it. If you do not wish a specific item of feedback to be used, please tell us at the time you provide it.

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

You may stop testing at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for any reason, and without notice. The confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations set out above survive the end of your participation.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
